Meet Andreea, the Human Behind Sunstone

I am the founder of Sunstone, and for almost 20 years I have worked across international environments, navigating high pressure industries, diverse cultures, and complex professional landscapes.

I lived in the Middle East for over a decade, building a global career while adapting to new systems, expectations, and standards. That experience shaped how I see leadership, ambition, and personal growth. It taught me resilience, perspective, and the value of balance.

Along the way, I discovered that performance alone is not enough. Titles are not enough. Achievement without alignment eventually feels empty.

That realization led me to coaching. I became certified in coaching, NLP, and emotional intelligence to deepen my ability to support others in a structured, ethical, and transformative way.

Today, I combine extensive professional experience with coaching expertise to help people grow in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

My work is grounded, practical, and human. I believe in direct conversations, thoughtful challenge, and steady progress. I value honesty, courage, and self awareness.
